The Prime Minister, Datuk Sri Anwar Ibrahim has introduced cash aid to be channelled to the B40 individuals that known as Rahmah Cash Aid (STR). There are four (4) phases of payment that will be allocated to the eligible recipients. Around 8.7 million of beneficiaries will receive this cash aid.

This Rahmah Cash Aid (STR) 2023 is one of the financial assistances introduced by the government in Budget 2023 that would help the Malaysians’ citizens to address high cost of living, enhance development of economy and reduce financial burden.

Hence, this cash aid will be credited to the recipients by crediting to their bank account on January for first phase, April for second phase, June for third phase and expected to be distributed on November for the last phase.

How Much Does Rahmah Cash Aid Will Be Benefited

Every group of recipients will be received different amount of cash aid according to their dependants and group. It is either household with kids, household without kids, single elderly or single person.

The amount of Rahmah Cash Aid (STR) 2023 are as below;

Single Person	RM350

Rahmah Cash Aid Eligibility

The list of individuals that eligible for the Rahmah Cash Aid (STR) 2023 will be referred to the previous database from Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

Individuals that previously received this cash aid automatically will be received this cash aid.

However, individuals that eligible and fulfil the criteria that have been stated by the government are welcome to make an application for this cash aid.

Below are the rahmah cash aid eligibility requirements of STR 2023 that need to be fulfilled by the individuals before making an application;

Applicants must be B40 Malaysian citizens.
Monthly income of the applicants must below RM5,000 for a household and single elderly person and below RM2,500 for a single person.

How to Apply Rahmah Cash Aid 2023 Malaysia Through Online Application

Individuals that fulfilled all the eligible requirements that have been stated by the government, they are allowed to submit their application.

This application can be made through online application. Below are the steps to apply the Rahmah Cash Aid (STR) 2023;

Browse STR 2023 official website at https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my as Rajah 1.0.
Click “New Registration” button.
Complete all the personal information of applicant correctly.
Next, click the “Next” button.
Then, click on “Sahkan Captcha” button for verification.
Tick on the applicant’s declaration.
Lastly, click on the “Submit” button to submit the application.

How To Apply Through LHDN Counter

Individuals also can submit their application through Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) counter.

Applicants need to bring along the relevant documents such as copy of MyKad, bank statement, pay slip dan etc.

The applicants will be requested to fill up the STR’s application form to apply this Rahmah cash aid.

The application will be processed within various working days and will be notified the recipients through SMS or email.

How To Check Rahmah Cash Aid Result

Once the application is made, applicants can check the status of the Rahmah Cash Aid’s result through online. Below are the steps to check the STR’s status;

Browse STR 2023 official website at https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my
Key in the IC number and click on the “Log In” button.
Then, verify the safety code and enter the password.
Next, click on the “Log In” button.
The main menu page will be appeared.
Click on the “Semakan Permohonan” part as Rajah 2.0.
Lastly, the status of STR will be stated.

How To Appeal

Individual who fail to receive this cash aid, they are allowed to make an appeal if they are fulfilled all the STR’s criteria.

This appeal can be made through online application. Below are the steps to make an appeal through online application;

Browse STR 2023 official website at https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my
Key in the IC number and click on the “Log In” button.
Then, verify the safety code and enter the password.
Next, click on the “Log In” button.
The main menu page will be appeared.
Click on the “Permohonan Rayuan” part as Rajah 2.0.
After that, update the applicant’s personal information.
Make the verification to the information that has been stated.
Lastly, click on submit button to appeal the application.

Rahmah Cash Aid Payment Date 2023 (Phase 4)

There will be four (4) phases of cash aid payment will be disbursed to the eligible recipients. The disbursement will be benefit over 8.7 million of B40 Malaysian citizens.

Below are the dates of the cash aid payment that will be credited to the recipients according to the phase;
